Distilled with care for more than 8 hours in Brimrose Spirits’ Montreal distillery, every batch of Royalmount Gin contains a delicate blend of Juniper berries, coriander seeds, orange peel, grains of paradise, and orris root. Post distillation, this delectable concoction is infused with cucumber and rose. 

INGREDIENTS

• 1.5oz Royalmount 
• 1oz lemon 
• 0.75oz Simple Syrup 
• 4 cubes watermelon
• 4 leafs basil 
• Top fever tree soda 
• Highball

‍PREPARATION

• Put all ingredients in a shaker (except for the soda) 
• Shake with lots of ice 
• Double Strain a chilled highball filled with ice
• Top with soda
• Garnish with basil leaf and watermelon slice

INGREDIENTS

• 1.5oz Royalmount
• 0.5oz Volare 
• 0.75oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5oz Simple Syrup
• 3 slices of fresh cucumber
• Zest citron 
• Coupette

‍PREPARATION

• Put all ingredients in shaker 
• Shake with a lot of ice 
• Double strain in a chilled coupette glass 
• Garnish with lemon zest
